Not likely. About as likely as the rural areas actually.

Like other agencies have done, they'll probably keep the primary dispatch talkgroups in the clear. Every other TGID will be secure.

Once an incident happens, they'll switch to another talkgroup and that's that.

It's too bad the VHF network has poor coverage. I hear the dispatchers in the control room but no trooopers unless they're clsoe. I'm even close enough to the highway.
