Hello,
I am working on a version of Trunker to decode LTR. The following is the system I test my Passport code on.
VoiceLink is a wide-area Passport LTR system covering most of CT.
http://www.voicelink.net/
The system build-out is being done by Marcus Communications. They are licensed on many UHF frequencies at a number of sites in CT. Not all frequencies licensed at a site are used by VoiceLink.
Passport LTR can not be trunk-tracked by a scanner. Computer based methods are being developed. LTR idle bursts are about every 2 seconds. Turn off channel delay to scan conventionally. Passport LTR does not use repeater numbers like regular LTR. It uses a direct frequency number scheme for go-to and free frequencies. Each site has a System ID number (SID).
Here are the sites in Eastern and Central CT that I have received.
SID 10 Bolton, Tolland 461.0500 461.3500 462.0250 463.6000 463.6750 463.9500 464.9375
