Volume Levels Of Output Audio

Hey all, I've got one of my feeds being fed by a BCD325P2 and a usb sound card into my PC. For some reason it seems like the audio volume coming through my feed is lower then it should be. The volume on the scanner is all the way up. And when I'm listening to my feed, say, on my cell phone, I have to have the volume all the way up as well.

It seems to me that in the past I had to keep the volume on the scanner itself down at like 10 or 12 out of 15 to keep it from sounding blown out on the feed. I must have messed up a setting somewhere maybe in the RadioFeed software or something.

Anyone know if there is any way to adjust volume in the RadioFeed software? Or somewhere else I might have missed? Thanks!

In RadioFeed, the level control should be fully up. If it is already then check the Windows Mixer Mic or Line In level controls. The scanner volume knob should be around the 11 o'clock position in my experience.

Thanks, what is the level control in Radio Feed? Do you happen to have a screenshot? Sorry I'm not at that computer at the moment....
