Volusia County Public Safety EDACS system

Hello
What is the best way to program the Volusia County Public Safety EDACS system?
I know how to download it into Win97 from the RR site but the system has 3 sites. Site 3 is listed for Daytona so I will put any Daytona TG's that I want to listen to in there. My question is on site one and two. Do I need to program both of them or do I need just one site and the talk groups that I want to monitor? If I need both sites how do I know which TG's go with which site?

the daytona beach system with only 5 frequencys is the events season use only those AFS numbers start with 14-........ day to day are on system B and remember RCC does the port orange / edgewater / and NBS dispatching............................................................................................................also look here http://home.roadrunner.com/~scanner/index.htm

Yes I am and looking forward to it.
Thanks again there are a ton of TG's down there so I wanted to be able to filter out the ones I did not want to listen to.

Volusia County will be going digital (P25) soon. They issued a press release a few days ago, Harris Corporation has bought the EDACS system that was formerly owned by M/A Tyco and before that GE/Ericsson it seems they are abandoning the current Pro-Voice and replacing it with a P25 system at least that is what the press release seems to suggest.
