VOX inversion?

On the Anderson County, KY database page, it lists a couple of the frequencies as "Vox inversion". Can somebody explain exactly what that means to me as a scanner listener?

Probably speech inversion. VOX inversion is meaningless and should be edited.

It inverts the audio. Simply put it changes highs to lows and lows to highs. I've heard it described as sounding like Mickey Mouse. You can invert it again and it returns to normal. You'll have to search to find out how to so it.
