VSP 2xxx units

Have been hearing 2xxx units, on Chesapeake 1 and 2,such as 2009, pronounced twenty zero nine, couldn't find this range in the Wiki? What are these units?

Yes they are the new troopers. They were getting short on #'s and they started to use 1000 codes too. Like 1004, and 1096, 1008 hahaha. It is weird to hear them say it. They still have a few to go until they hit 4000 for agents.

I think the newest numbers go as high as 2029.
