I am hearing voice paging on VTAC12 on 0154.4500 PL 131.8
Usually gives 2 names "call the station"
My Guess is it is 154.445 but 131.8 isn't showing up for me.
Any thoughts on this? Was this the PL that Apple Valley used to use?

Vtac 12 is 154.4525 maybe your getting bleedover??? Pl for vtac12 is 156.7 nationwide

Hastings Fire

That is Hastings Fire on 154.445 mHz with PL 131.8 hZ. Despite being on ARMER and dispatched through Empire (DCC), they still staff the fire hall 24/7! You will hear them on DK HA OPS 2 quite a bit. Basically, if they get a call, they respond, but then call back additional personnel to staff the fire barn by dispatching on 154.445 mHz with PL 131.8 hZ. Yes, it is unique, but remember back in the VHF days, they did pretty much the same thing. And, as you correctly recalled, they, and others, shared the Dakota County Fire channel back in the day.
