VX3R Memory

I did a hard reset on my radio for reprograming and now it will not hold the tone freq and squelch settings. If I switch off bands and return to the memory all the tone and squelch settings return to default. Any idea what is causing it?

Make sure you're setting the Squelch Type and Tone Frequency in the VFO before you save the frequency to memory.

Ok..I thought I had but I will give it another shot just to make sure.
