Con fire in Contra Costa county used to use and maybe they still do, 4 portable repeater or fixed repeater tactical or command channels.

Does anyone happen to know the frequency pairs for the 4 VXCCC channels

Thanks

THanks for the response, they actually had 4 of them at one time that had repeaters located around the county. They were used for public service, training etc. etc

HI I was talking to a retired COM L over the weekend and he had the following information

XCC 2 is CMD 2 R 151.1375 and 159.150
XCC 3 R 154.07 AND 158.7375
XCC 4 R 154.2350 AND 159.4725

Some of the frequencies are nation wide interoperability channels

As most of the fire folks in COCO is on EBRCS now kind of doubt we will hear much on the frequencies

XCC 2 is CMD 2 R 151.1375 and 159.150
XCC 3 R 154.07 AND 158.7375
XCC 4 R 154.2350 AND 159.4725

154.070 = Alameda County Fire VHF Tac 4
154.235 = Alameda County Fire VHF Tac 5

151.1375 = VTAC 11
158.7375 = VTAC 13
159.4725 = VTAC 14

The VHF "X" channels are mostly used for wildland mutual aid responses statewide. Most counties have a set of "X" channels. Just about every fire truck in CA has VHF for this reason.

In addition Cal Fire is a VHF based radio system.

The fire trucks etc in Alameda/Contra Costa have dual band 700/800 mhz and VHF for Cal FIre and other agencies.
