I have a Vertex VXR-7000 I'm trying to program on ham band. I have the windows version 1.08 of the euro ce27 software and have been unsuccessful at changing the target path with the -d or /m to allow programming on ham bands. I have a bluemaxers49 cable, and can get it to read and write, but cannot get it to program on ham band, because i cannot get the dealer software to work. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

To anyone looking to acquire commercial radio programming software:
Please do not make requests for copies of radio programming software which is sold (or was sold) by the manufacturer for any monetary value. The various other vendors often permit their dealers to sell the software online (i.e., Kenwood). Please use Google or some other search engine to find a dealer that sells the software. Typically each series or individual radio requires its own software package. Often the Kenwood software is less than $100 so don't be a cheapskate; just purchase it.
For M/A Com/Harris/GE, etc: there are two software packages that program all current and past radios. One package is for conventional programming and the other for trunked programming. The trunked package is in upwards of $2,500. The conventional package is more reasonable though is still several hundred dollars. The benefit is you do not need multiple versions for each radio (unlike Motorola).

"C:\Vertex Standard\CE27 for Windows\CE27Win.exe" -p

This is all I need to have full edit acccess to the .c27 file:
I am running Windows 11, and CE27 v. 1.08. -p is the only modifier.
No -d /m or anything else.
Of course, the program CE27 has to be located in "c:\Vertex Standard\CE27 for Windows"

Tried the "-d" argument in place of the -p. Same edit capability, but gives access the the call sign editing as well for CW ID.

I bought it from a Vertex Standard dealer directly back in the day when I bought the repeaters Started out with DOS, then Windows. Not much more than the .exe file, and associated help files. the .ini file is created when you first run the exe.
Your error in the screen post indicates that you do not have the CE27 executable in the directory that you are specifying, not an issue with CE27.
