From looking at the WAGIN website it's difficult to tell if the Washington-Allegany-Garret interop network has its own discrete frequencies, or if it is just a network of of RIOS boxes (set up with the standard interops frequencies mentioned in NIFOG) and RF or hardline links between sites. I do not recall seeing any information listing on the pages for the involved Maryland counties, so perhaps someone from Maryland could expand on this subject.
