Waiting for Scanner Master

Last night I purchased the download version of Butlel's software for the 898T from Scanner Master's website. I thought once I summited credit card info that I would receive the unlocking code my email. I did receive a confirmation (pending) though. No email this morning, and the weblink is not working.

Any idea on how long it takes to receive unlocking codes from Scanner Master?

I bought my ARC246T from them and it takes a few hours.
