Wake County - identification of talkgroup 28512?

During a recent search on the Wake County 800 system, I ran across talkgroup 28512. Based on the context, it seems to be Wake Tech campus police, security, or emergency. I have counted at least 7 unique radio unit IDs.

Can anyone else confirm the talkgroup? I am located in Wake County.

I still pick this one up as of 4/29/2015. Has no one else found this ID during a search?

This talkgroup is actually on the Wake County Radio System and NOT on VIPER...
It is in the database and is Wake Tech LE:
Wake County Simulcast Trunking System, Various, North Carolina - Scanner Frequencies

Keep in mind that the Wake County Radio System and the VIPER radio system are 2 separate radio systems.
