Wall fire 3 is used by BOE during school hours, and Wall fire 4 is SPEN 4, EMS is usually assigned to this during fire incidents. Hope this helps.

Wall Fire 7, 153.830 PL 151.4, is Monmouth County Fire 7, which is simplex. Also you have listed separate FG Channels for Glendola and South Wall and I was wondering if one of the other FG channels was specifically assigned to 52-1, Wall #1.

West Belmar does not have a fireground channel assigned to them. Other departments might use Spen 4 for helicopter ops, our departments in Wall uses a county channel assigned by county.
