I have been mapping out DMR systems throughout Minnesota, North and South Dakota. This last weekend I traveled over to Wapeton/Breckenridge to see if this system had transitioned over to DMR. Electronic Communications Trunking System, Wahpeton, North Dakota - Scanner Frequencies (radioreference.com) Unfortunately, I heard nothing, and just submitted to deprecate. However, I did come across other interesting stuff. Multiple possibilites - so I'll leave this here.
