The 325P2 and the 996P2 "should" track just fine as long as the LCN values are correct. I know there was an issue with one of them SDR decoding programs decoding the info wrong and that was the info that was put into the DB.East Mountain is a Hytera Tier 3 and I am not sure if BCD325P2 and BCD996P2 can track that kind of system. BCD436HP and BCD536HP do track East Mountain. All of those models should track NYCOMCO DMR.
See Marcus DMR Tier III 436HP programming question for a discussion of BCD996P2 shortcomings, especially the last post. The BCD325P2 has essentially identical firmware to the BCD996P2 with the usual exceptions for a hand held vs. a mobile unit. Until someone actually verifies that the BCD325P2 works in tracking East Mountain I would be wary. The 325P2 and the 996P2 "should" track just fine as long as the LCN values are correct. I have not found any issues with my 436 or 536 tracking the RadioMax HYT T3 system here in Rochester with the LCN/ChID as listed in RRDB. SDS100 tracks Rochester site with some dropouts but useless on the Bristol site with the desense issues. They have 2 Talkgroups on East Mountain and a handful of Talkgroups on NYCOMCO DMR. Not sure why they are on 2 systems still, but ive got activity on both.
The 325 Should do well tracking DMR, but ive heard that Uniden has a bug with every single canner where it cannot tack Hytera DMR Tier 3 Systems. No matter the programming, I can not get the East Mountain system to work on My SDSs. I use my SDRs. I haven't tested EastMontan on a 325 or 996, but I'd imagine the results are the same.
My BCD536HP does track East Mountain. The 325P2 and 996P2 have used all available memory for firmware according to an old post by Paul Opitz. He said it took a long time to release DMR upgrades for those scanners because they had trouble fitting the firmware into the memory space. Evidently shortcuts were taken to jam the code in and the result is twofold. One is that the performance on DMR is compromised. The other is that no improvements can be done to 325P2 and 996P2 firmware regarding DMR performance because there is no room to maneuver. They have 2 Talkgroups on East Mountain and a handful of Talkgroups on NYCOMCO DMR. Ok, cool.OneVoice carries some school districts and many commercial school bus companies (such as First Student).

I don't own the 325P2 or 996P2 and have no direct experience with them. Also don't own either SDS scanner and don't consider them to be good products. That said, the SDS should track East Mountain given that the 536 does.
