I once made the mistake of taking my scanner into Ozzfest in Dallas. Not many folks can listen to Slayer & hear a police scanner. When I saw Iggy Pop at Numbers in Houston, the radio was quickly drowned out by the Mesa Boogie triple rectifier amps. Good luck & have fun.
I cannot figure out what type of system this is without the emission codes after clicking on the call sign. I am sorry. Have you attempted to find these frequencies in the California Forum? This might help out.

You can see the emission codes on the Frequencies tab, Emission view, here or maybe here on RRDB after the weekly update. @wx9svr helpfully posts these special temporary auths in various places as they are granted. They're usually for some type of event, and the licensee is a rental company that provides radios and sometimes temporary repeaters or trunked systems. Here's an emission reference.
