There doesn't appear to be a live feed for Warren P.D. You could get a basic scanner for less than a hundred bucks and program the Warren P.D. VHF simulcast channel of 151.220.
Or search Ebay or Craigslist for a used one. I'll bet you could find a decent one for around $25.00 or so.

is there a live audio for warren city in ohio?

On the blue bar at the top click on Live Audio, Home, then click the state and county on the map and it will show you all the live feeds for that area.

Warren Trunked Radio System is a small analog system which can probably received on an older non-trunking scanner or amateur radio which receives 800 Mhz. inexpensively found on ebay, such as a BC855XLT. * Not an Advertisement, Just an Example*
Enter all the frequencies with no delay and lock out the active control channel daily. You will receive all of the talkgroups though.
I have done this for years to monitor this similar system.

Warren live feed

Although you can easily pick up Warren PD VHF frequency easily in many parts of the Mahoning and Trumbull county areas.. the trunked system is another matter if you are not close to the city. That means you not only can't hear some of the PD's trunked transmissions.. but you also can't listen to the FD.

It would be nice if somone up there set up a live feed.
