Warren County Conventional

I'm wondering if anyone on here listens to Warren Co. Sheriff on there 800mhz extender and if so is it only dispatch or both way? Reason I ask, my mother in law wants a scanner but doesn't want to deal out all the dough to get a pro-96 like mine... I have an what would now be called antique RCA Scantrak, it would pick up that extender that I'm going to give to her if this will work...
