Greetings, Members. On Warren County's law enforcement freqs it is not uncommon to hear "Negative 25" by those dispatchers when replying to units in the field. Can someone clarify what is meant by that phrase?? THANKS.

What they are likely saying is not “negative 25,” but rather, “negative file five,” which as @APX8000 said, means the person does not have any warrants or wants out for their name.
NO, the dispatcher correct phrase is "Negative 2....5...." and I believe APX8000 got it correct. THANKS.
Sorry about that. Opened this thread without checking the forum and thought it was Warren County, NY. I’ll make sure I know which state I’m in before chiming in
