I bought this book in 95 from EEB in Vienna. It was written by Willard Hardman, PhD and Alan Henney. Since it's publication, it has not been updated with another issue. A lot of the info in it is pretty good still but the majority of the info is pretty out of date.

I am wondering if anyone knows if there's going to be another edition of this book published that's updated with new stuff for this area. Have the writers given up on this or is there anything in the works? Anyone have an idea?

I would think it very unlikely. There are numerous sources on the net - not to mention RadioReference - that easily outstrip a hardcopy edition of anything. Besides the costs are astronomical - much better to use the net to find what you're looking for. Updating is much easier, too.
