There appears to be some massive work being done to the system. New Dispatcher radio IDs and the audio quality of the dispatchers is CRAP.
Does anybody know when this started? It sounded fine earlier today

Seems as if this might have been a problem instead of an upgrade. The main system went down a few times (reboot) and went in to site trunking twice while I was listening.
Everything seems to be back to normal now...

They had been working on it since about 8:30PM. WCCCA and Newberg consoles lost the ability to talk to units in the field. CCOM and LOCOM were unaffected. Dispatchers were using backup radios for about five or six hours.
