Washington County - 453.150 repeater

The db entry for Washington County has 453.150 as being active (first screenshot) but the FCC entry has it as being cancelled/expired (second screenshot). It's no longer in use??

I have heard this frequency in use in recent years. I believe they may use it as a backup for reaching emergency personnel in the few areas where the trunked system can't reach (I think way down in the south part of the county). It is my understanding that the repeater is still available for use during emergencies, so even if the license is expired, I would like to leave this one in the database.
