Pro96Com has logged 62 talkgroups so far. Some of the more active unidentified ones are 13406,13580, 13561 and 13565. When I have some time I'll check the radios IDs on those channels to see what known channels they have been on.

We have more work than we think. I talked to a duty officer with the Community Rescue Service and he allowed me to have a look at one of their portables. While I was not allowed to key-up on any channels (for obvious reasons), there are a number of channels that I believe are the same (I'll note these in parentheses). The numbers in the first column correspond to the number the selector was on. The second column is what is actually displayed on the radio.

ZONE 1:
1 - WF1 FR MAIN (same as channel 1-16, 2-1, 2-16, 3-1, and 3-16)
2 - WF1 FR OPS (same as channel 2-2 and 3-2)
3 - WF1 TAC 1-1
4 - WF1 TAC 1-2
5 - WF1 TAC 1-3
6 - WF1 TAC 1AN
7 - WF1 TAC 2-1
8 - WF1 TAC 2-2
9 - WF1 TAC 2-3
10 - WF1 TAC 2AN
11 - WF1 HSP NTFY (same as channel 3-3)
12 - WF1 CALL 2
13 - WF1 MED 1
14 - WF1 MED 2
15 - WF1 FR TALK (same as channel 2-15)
16 - WF1 FR MAIN

ZONE 2:

12 - WF2 TAC 5-2
13 - WF2 TAC 5-3
14 - WF2 TAC 5AN
15 - WF2 FR TALK
16 - WF2 FR MAIN

ZONE 3:

Can a admin please add this radio plan to the database for future reference? Thanks!

Unknown TG's

I caught these TG's today while in Hagerstown .13408 and 13406. I can't locate then in the DB. Anyone have a clue or even a guess as to what they are.

Table Prompts for Win96 & Wash Trunk System

Could someone put the directions and any other information that would be needed for programming Washington County Trunk system in the scanner for the Win96 program. The directions worked well for the WVIRP forum page for West Virginia.

This might be a good time to add this info to the database, or create a wiki article to house it. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has been asked, and as time goes on, it's likely to be asked again.

Frankly, it wouldn't hurt to put together something for programming tricks for this system that the other digital trunktrackers need either. 73 Mike

System changes?

Were there any system changes made to the system this week that would affect reception on my BCD396XT? My radio worked fine last Sunday, turned it on today and nothing on this trunk. I have not touched or reprogrammed any feature or function this week. I have the control channel 5X5 and scanning in ID search. Any thoughts?

My PSR-500 works fine and does not shut up with all the county traffic these days.

Thanks,
WMBIO

I pick up berkeley and jefferson great . Using win 96 software to program. Just wondering if any settings are wrong or not ?

You may not be receiving it well enough to have it decode anything. It's very week south of Washington Co.

It's very spotty up here in Franklin County ( Chambersburg) as well. I get next to nothing here at the house but if I drive east on Rt 30 near Fayetteville it clears up. Btw I am still hearing Wash.Co. Sheriff on 39.18 very well.
