Has anyone heard about the new system that was supposed to be operational by the end of the 2020 year? Out where I live I am only picking up the the fire dispatch from Clackamas county. I believe there are only two repeater's broadcasting near the Portland area. Correct me if I am wrong, that's why I am asking. Any info would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure they are behind schedule on deploying the new P-25 P2 system. The new tower on Cooper Mountain isn't radiating a control channel yet.

I am hearing that it will be later on in 2021 when they get close to switching over...

Just FYI, there is a P25 control channel on 773.70625 MHz, advertising as System 99A, Site 1-015. I can barely receive it in the Aloha area but it comes in very strong near the WCCCA building near Tannisborne. I'm guessing it's a test site they are running. The control channel is only advertising as Phase 1.

Radio ID 3451000 is being seen on that site, but that's all so far, no other activity.

I just saw some information that says WCCCA site construction is still ongoing until spring, trunked system operational by June 2021 and work complete by September of 2021.

A quick update - Nothing new on the deployment of the new P-25 Phase 2 system by WCCCA. I'm still seeing a control channel for system 99A, Site 1-15 at the WCCCA tower site near Tannisborne. I also checked out the new towers near Cornelius Pass & 26 and on Cooper Mountain. So far nothing is radiating from either of those towers.

I'm picking up 859.6875 P25 NAC 9AC in Salem. This is licensed to WRBK826 WASHINGTON COUNTY NETWORK/WCN (WCCCA-C800-NEWBERG).

The scanner is showing:
System ID: 009AAh-001
Site: 0012
NAC 9AC

The Cornelius Pass zone off of a site on Skyline Road is on the air, control channel on 859.1625 MHz.

SID is 09AAh--0105
Site 001-005
NAC 9A5

Aside from a few test transmissions from a tech and a brief test from what sounded like Hillsboro Fire station 6, nothing else noted.

Somewhere between FOE, PDX, RNO or YVR
I can second the data regarding Simulcast A and B from Sandy. I’m also barely receiving

853.175 Control Channel
System ID 9AA
WACN BEE00
RFSS 1
Site 001
NAC 9AA

The FCC data says it should be in Washington county which I suppose is possible for me to receive here but I’m only using a rubber duck.

I am also barely receiving site 1 853.175. That should be the South Saddle Mountain stand alone site.

Sent some time up on Cooper Mountain today and was able to see the following sites:

851.1125 - Weak control channel, no site ID decoded
853.1250 - Site 1-001
855.2125 - Site 1-002
859.1625 - Site 1-005

No traffic heard, just active control channels. I did not get any signal from the Cooper Mountain tower yet.

Correct - it's not yet a working system. Looks like later this summer or early fall.
