FCC record ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - KB41599 - Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services shows it as being fixed base for Roxbury- ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - KB41599 - Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services - Frequencies Summary. RR DB for Maryland department of public safety and corrections Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference only lists the mobile freq of 458.4875 (dcs 662). If anyone can verify the freq is RoxburyI'll submit it for inclusion in the DB.

Actually both are listed in the database. Check and see if you have repeater inputs displayed when viewing the database. They are using a reverse-repeater pair with 458.4875 being the output and 453.4875 being the input, and both frequencies are listed as such in the database. No idea why they do that, though.
