Washington County Talk 2?

Last week I was listening to the hoo-hah where there was a shooter holed up out near Pumpkin Ridge. I could hear everything just fine and then a voice came on and said "talk 2, talk 2, talk 2", and poof! everything disappeared. I suspect the change came about just about the time they fired the tear gas and everything went to h**l. Being a relative newb, I'm unfamiliar with talk 2. I thought I had pretty much all of Washington County nailed down, but I couldn't find it. Where is it?

It was probably simplex 2 - 851.03750 Conventional. You won't hear it unless you are nearby the location where they're at.

I guess that makes sense. They immediately cancelled the signal 2, so I guess they wanted to free up the freq and maybe get some privacy from the news choppers.
