When programming a Pro-106 with the Frequency Table shown in the database, is it necessary to enter a Low Channel, High Channel and Offset similar to other UHF trunked systems (ex. WMATA). If so, can someone provide that information. Also, considering that the Washington County system is UHF, are the 700 and 800 mhz base frequencies shown in the Frequency Table necessary? Thanks!

Washington County (MD) Public Safety Trunking System, Various, Maryland - Scanner Frequencies for your offsets.

As far as the multiband radio plan.. that's mostly for subscriber units to worry about. I'm not even sure if most scanners have any use for additional parts of the bandplan not required to receive from the control channel.

And yes Jake, that's true, but it is still helpful to actually answer his question, as there's a lot on that system that isn't encrypted, such as fire services and public works.
