Listening to the Washington County Police, Fire, and EMS. I was told that the county went digital and we can't hear any Deputy anymore... is that correct?

Where ever you see a "E" in the mode column, that channel is encrypted and cannot be heard.

As long as Washington County does not encrypt their radio traffic or upgrade to a unmonitarble system (Open Sky, Nexedge, P25 Phase II etc..) you should still be able to listen.

Occurding to the database Washington County does have some encrypted channels(SWAT, Tactical channels). But it looks like most is in the clear!!
