WASHINGTON -- ITT Corporation and General Dynamics C4 are teaming up to develop a more interoperable radio system that connects the high-band width Soldier Radio Waveform (SRW) with up to 250,000 existing SINCGARS (Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System) radios by adding another channel, company officials said.
