Washington, D.C. Police/Fire Frequency

I have two questions, the first is, how do you program two Base Frequency? For example, D.C. has two bases. How do I get both into my pro-96? And My second question is, what is the base frequency for the D.C. fire Department on the 850? Both these question has been very difficult for me. I can also be reached at tdcchase5000@aol.com.
