Under Channel ID 3 it should be FDMA, -39.000 12.5 935.01250
Then place channel ID 3 under 4
then channel ID 4 make a new ID as 5 using channel 4 info.
Make sure you know what you are doing so that radio DOES NOT AFFILIATE. you have to set up a moto radio totally different then regular programming to work on that system which you do not want to do since it could end up being a matter of life or death if a public safety user can not call for help or no one hears him because your radio is trying to affiliate to the system.

yes that is the band plan for Washington DC. I ran Unitrunker on the DC system and that is what showed up.

Keep in mind that band plans like this do not even indicate that a band is actually in use. Many systems have band plans listing bands that are not used by them. Calling them "channel IDs" is a misnomer and it is entirely possible that the 935 MHz band is not used at all althugh Unitrunker will show them as they are in the control channel data anyway.
