Washington State Patrol-CBD Seattle?

I heard a unit stopping at "I5 off ramp to Senica St, Downtown Seattle, xxx0000" but I missed the frequency, does anyone know if WSP makes a stop in downtown seattle if its north or south dispatch? ok thanks,

Seattle is on the north frequency. I'm not sure exactly where the line is between north King and south King but I think it's somewhere around the "S" curves near SR 509.
