Washoe Co (at the lake) changes to the database

When I was at the north shore at Lake Tahoe last month I monitored the Tahoe system that was previously listed in the database here and everything was correct. Today I notice in the listing that particular system with its freqs and LCN has been replaced by 2 systems (Crystal Bay and Incline Village) both of which are within a couple of miles of each other with different freqs and LCN. Does this mean the previous set of freqs and LCN are no longer in use?

The previous LCN was:
855.2375
856.2125
857.2125
858.2125
859.2125
860.2125
860.4875

Ack, Good catch JoeyC.

I did make a change but only to change the name to what the FCC database refers to as the site name. Must have gotten happy fingers and deleted the first entry.

Crystal Bay = Tahoe.

I plan on making a trip up there today as well because the "additional" Incline Village site should be on board. A quick 20 minute drive should reveal the site.

Yeah I've been keeping a close eye on Washoe as its going to be my new home in 4 weeks!

Why would Incline have a 9 freq site when CB is a mere 5 miles away? To tell you the truth, when I was last there, listening to the Crystal Bay site, I had stronger signals when in Incline than closer to Crystal Bay. Going down the hill into Kings Beach, the signal was noticeably weaker (and I was not even able to track it properly) almost immediately after passing Brockway. Also, there is a common freq (855.2375) on both systems listed, is that possible considering the distance?

Joey, the database is wrong on several sites, there is only one system in the Tahoe Basin. I was just there and confirmed it. A bunch of I-Calling and I-Tac conventional freqencies are listed, wrong. See my posts about this in this forum higher up.
