I was listening to the Reno PD on my new SDS100 today and I noticed certain talkgroups with unreadable audio such as BLACK or Gang unit talkgroups. Are certain talkgroups encrypted or are they they part of the digital P25 P2 Transition?

Gangs and Black are EDACS ProVoice Encrypted. They are not linked to P25

Sparks and Washoe County SO are also encryption-capable; I've heard it from time to time in the past few years.
