Several months ago he and I entered into an agreement for him to buy a nice 800 MHz GE Orion with a spare body from me if he was able to program it and get it working. It had been setup to monitor a trunking system passively and had possibly turned down to the point there was no power out. I couldn't locate my cable to verify the programming so I sent it to him with the agreement he could check it out. If it worked then he would pay me. I took a chance with him because he had been here quite some time and we discussed the matter at length about the RF power issues.
Well... he's gone and won't reply to anything. I have sent several messages over the last few weeks and have been ignored all but one where he basically laughed about it. I swear every A hole I encounter is from NY or has been from NY. I don't know what it is about that place but I hope I never have a reason to end up there.
