Happening now. 36m with spinal injuries / no movement below chest wall from boating accident, currently on Flat Island in the Rhode R. Shallow water prevents large fireboats from access. Needs full immobilization equipment. Fire Boat 8 Zodiac enroute from South R. to transfer equipment from Smithsonian dock. Trooper 2 enroute for lift - small boat too rough to transfer pt.
