Overturned vessel one mile south of Bay Bridge. FB 36 on scene with three persons rescued and a fourth person trapped in side of the hull of the overturned vessel.
Numerous other AA boats bringing dive team and other equipment to the scene. Will attempt to right the boat using air bags. Chain saws also being requested in case the hull has to be cut open to get the person out.
Land units are at Sandy Point State Park.
