Water Rescue on Kanawha

Fire and Police are being dispatched west of the Dunbar toll bridge for a water rescue. It sounds like two boats have hit on the river.

Update / Tug boat and another boat have side swiped.

Good News: No Injuries and both boats left under their own power.
