Has anyone noticed a 10 second LTR burst on Waterbury's 866.5875?
For HA HA'S, I programmed that freq in my scanner 12 times as LTR regular.
When I hit scan nothing happens. When I sit on the freq and when I hear communications
from the PD I get an ID of 0-10-170. I wonder what is going on here? Any ideas/suggestions?

Well,
After a few days and once in a while monitoring this freq, I still get a burst every 10 seconds and now no ID's show up. oh well.
I hope that we could get Waterbury back.
