Waterford New Trunked!!

Does Anyone know whats going on with the new Waterford system. I believe it was going to be a MA/COM open sky system?

I see some of the new towers are up. I just can't find any FCC data as far as frequencies.

Open sky? Didnt anyone do their homework? NY State is almost ready to dump theirs. Learn from others...........
