I have not ever heard any traffic on .625 from Waterford. I haven't heard the police on DPW, either, but I have not monitored during any major incidents to see if they are using it for local interop.

I don't remember if they kept VHF radios in the cars. The VHF portables are still around and were (supposed) to be re-issued to other departments within Waterford.

There was a plan to use 155.625 (123.0) as either a Fire Police channel, or as an inter-op channel between Waterford Dispatch & one of the mill's emergency teams (Mohawk Paper?) but unknown if that actually happened.

153.965 (123.0) is still in use by the Town's Public Works Department. Just heard traffic the other day; a tech conducting a radio check from a vehicle radio.

I think the fire companies are doing everything on 800 now.

Do you have an internal freq for Mohawk Paper?

Peck Hose (Northside) still has VHF radios and recently purchased a few more from PittsfieldComm.
Mohawk Fine Papers is getting 2 UHF repeaters, 1 for Cohoes and one for Waterford plant. They are keeping any VHF they might have.
