great, my two scanners both dont like this rebanding, time to ask my chief for permission to get my own MTS2000 on the trunked system.
Just so you know you cannot just ask the chief he will deny your access to use an mts2000 or any motorola 800mhz radios why I know that because im the wctrs system manager so don't even bother with that request because I see all radios that are online with the system and if I see any radios that are not supposed to be on here I will track them and prosecute criminal charges so beware !!!!

Would you happen to know the new TGID's for WCTRS? I've got all the new frequencies programmed, but when I try to enter "6288" for Muskego Dispatch, my scanner tells me "Bad TGID" Please help!

Don't waste your time. The county will not program a personally owned radio, even if your Chief takes it to them. If you get issued a department radio, then that's another story of course.
Nothing changed that I am aware of...all TG's should be exactly the same. If you aren't able to enter it, or hear traffic on it, then something is wrong on your end.

1. What you are essentially saying is, a radio must be purchased from you before you program it?
2. What i am assuming is your call sign comes back to:
Jonathan R Campos
1910 Madera St #11
Waukesha, WI 53189
USA
3. I did not see a name like that on the link.
4. You would think that someone with your power/ in your presumably very powerful position would at least be able to use proper spelling, punctuation, and maybe have a bit better tone with one of your subscribers.
5. I appreciate the info however, I have followed the progress on the system since I was 12 years old, even biking to the Prospect hill location to see where the site was located and admire the antennas on the tower.... and all I could think of was "wow, this must cost a ton of money" which I guess when you operate as a monopoly, I guess that's not a problem.
The Muskego Police Dispatch is now being heard under ID: 001-8 instead of 6288. I have a BCT-15x, and I only changed the frequencies for the reband.

your scanner appears to possibly be in HEX format instead of DEC format.
