Just got a BC92XLT looking for frequencies? police,fire etc. Can't get nothing so far.Is it me or the scanner? Thanks

That is for the Waukesha County trunked radio system. Your scanner is not a trunk tracker and thus cannot track that system.

it will work with all the conventional frequencies in the second link that soncorn gave. You should return it and go buy a pro-528 at radioshack.
