If anyone lives in the Waukesha area and listens to the school district which was actually kind of boring to listen to except when listening to the principals respond to incidents it sounds like the school district has switched all communications to a MotoTrbo digital radio system. I had the main maintenance frequency in my scanner and starting a few weeks ago all I heard was Mototrbo data noise. This was the old frequency they used for many years 462.075 (DPL: 445) According to FCC database early last year they went to 463.9625 (D445) I am sure this was due to the narrow band mandate and also since switching to new equipment that then they finally went digital with MotoTrbo.
