Way to listen to feed via cellphone?

Is it possible to listen to an online scanner feed using a cellphone. For example I setup an Icecast feed and can use the web feature on my phone to listen?

Was told that it is. Mine's NorCal, but give it a shot:

Running Simplecast and Icecast, for audio and alphatags. Probably just need a browser, but the person I talked to said he was using a program called "resco radio".
