Wayne Co VHF

It seems that pretty much all Wayne County (Sheriff and Richmond Police) VHF transmissions are now silent, save for Centerville and smaller departments. I suspect they moved to the SAFE-T system, but I don't have a scanner that can do that. Is there anyone that can confirm this?

I can’t hear the Wayne co towers directly but I’ve heard more activity from TG# 5712 (89 CO DISP) on the Delaware co tower than usual.

Thanks a lot.... looks like I'm going to have to invest in a new scanner.....

on occasion the pop up on the Henry Co tower as well. I do recieve the Dalton site at home depending on conditions and hear them.
