I am hearing traffic on 151.115mhz with reference to Wayne County 2 from here in Ontario, Canada.

Sound familiar to anybody?

Oh ok, saw nothing listed in the Wayne County section of the NY database. Not too far away from here I suppose. They do have a pretty strong accent over that way.
