Family Broadcasting Corporation is selling shortwave Christian “World Harvest Radio” WHRI Furman SC to Allan Weiner for $1.25 million. Weiner also owns shortwave Talk “The Planet” WBCQ Monticello ME as well as Talk/Rock 780 WXME/98.3 W252DW and Classic Country “Kixx 94.7” WBCQ-FM Monticello. The seller owns multiple Christian television stations as well as Christian AC “Pulse-FM” 103.1 WHME South Bend IN, 96.9 WHPZ Bremen IN, and 92.1 WHPD Dowagiac MI.
Glad to see Alan is saving this facility for now. When SW and AM broadcast sites are lost they are lost forever.

One can hope :D
I am not selling my worldly possessions in order to live in a trailer and ride a rusty bicycle from the 1970s. He can't even get the date for armageddon right.

A seance channeling Art Bell and him telling us what's on the other side is more my speed. :alien:

Has Alan and/or WBCQ said anything public about their future plans?
He does a live show on Fridays at 8pm EST and always reads and answers the emails on air that come in during the show.
WBCQ at WBCQ dot com.
I would email in but I've been working during that time lately.
