Checkout ole Bill Nye the Science Guy here. I guess all of the people in Katy,TX who made images and videos of the Loon balloon up at 54,000 feet just saw swamp gas?

Trying to argue with him about whatever he saw and trying to back it up with some D measuring contest comes off as arrogant at minimum, but probaby far worse.

In closing, why is it so important to you to be right? Let it go...sheesh.

I must admit that it was a bit unsettling to be "doubted" regarding my observation. My intentions are sincere and just wanted some closure. I appreciate the sincere replies

Had HBAL604 been a Loon I would have guessed it was going to try and provide support during the hurricane over Florida. Maybe it still is doing a support task but this ID's as a different balloon that looks more like a blimp and different company.
